How do I book?
Pick your home, choose your dates, and book online. Or just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it for you.
When do I pay, and how?
Pay in full to lock your dates. We take card and bank transfer.
How does check-in work?
Once your payment is in, you’ll fill a short form and send a valid ID. Then we send your address, door code, and on-ground contact to your WhatsApp. No front desk. No stress.
Can I cancel?
Booked direct? Cancel 14 days or more before, get a full refund. Cancel within 7 days, get half back. Less than 7 days, or leaving early, isn’t refunded. Booked on another app? That app’s rules apply.
